No you cant, cause if it happened the Federal government would step in, declaring coastal housing at high costs a good thing, and using emergency TLRP (troubled lands releaf program) would fill in the new shoreline and rebuild all the housing that was lost and then give it back to the former LJ/DM residents who would now be saved from having to sufffer the indiginity of living in Mira Mesa.
They ofcourse would get the material for this by plowing down the houses and mining the materials/ground of all the lazy ungrateful SOB’s who actually paid off their houses instead of ‘doing the smart thing’ and tapping their HELOC’s.
