You spew nothing but cliches and offer no actionable help and in particular no content in this thread. Folks like you really like to keep telling everyone else the sky is fallen but take very little action into the very things that can help other people…You’re an excellent side line coach for things that are aren’t in the ballpark. First it’s your assessment of the RE markets (when clearly you have been absent from this board when several true experts here had predicted the bubble in 05-06), and now you’re an expert in the IT industry and current employment situation. If this is the future of America, god help us.
