Too bad you arent ready. I am working on a new listing around the corner from you. Not sure if I’m getting it yet and how quickly it will go on the market but its the right size, nice size sunny yard, very well maintained by an original owner (since mid 1970’s, mostly original needs updating) and owned free n clear.
