I think SD R covered it. You have to follow these things constantly, do tons of research, show up with cash in hand ready to buy something you have little real knowledge about and come up empty 99 out of 100 times. For the pro’s it is a business and the returns are worth it. For the layperson, the odds are stacked against you.
