That’s a good price.

1. Maybe another 5-10%.

2. 450 isn’t bad if you have kids. Top schools…even a brand new high school opening up this fall.

3. The 2 wild fires never came through that area. (To the north, over the hill, yes.) But like most places in SD you should keep a firebox and pay your insurance.
