Why not have to move to High Country Villas around the corner from you? They can get a 3/2 1 story townhome, play golf for free and walk to your house.

If that’s too old they might like Ocean Hills CC which is the nicest 55+ community in SD County by far. Its very upscale, guard gated and the only community similar to what all their friends move to in FLA. My mother lived there for about 17 years and was very happy there.
