I’m not defending anything other than the true cost. Those Stonebridge homes sound spectacular and a good value for those who want to live there. However comparing a full upgraded and finished home inside and out to new construction prices is and always has been a joke. By the time one is finished the full cost of the new home is typically at least 20% more than the base price and often more….mcuh more.
