I have to go with Bob on this one, for all practical purposes the bottom (in T.V.) was in 2008,(close enough)
From there on it was just a waste of time waiting to buy (at least the nicer areas) , some older homes really tanked starting January this year however but I think they are now for all practical purposes close enough.
