right now all the good stuff under $800K is getting snagged up in days. I am looking all over Escondido, Fallbrook, Vista, Bonsall, Valley Center and my Favorites lists gets beat down to nothing daily.
Looked great on the web but the photos must have been taken before the place was pillaged of all light fixture, appliance, AC unit, security system, dish, the place was a dump. And i was dodging buyers coming up the road like crazy. oh and almost was attacked by bees living in the eclectic unit.
then in desperation I check out San Marcos (SEH) and marvel at those insane Mello Roos fees. What the hell??
wait for foreclosures so show up and beat prices down and flood inventory? you guys are dreaming. banks are holding them tight and waiting for the FEDs to fix things. flooding would kill their assets and they know it.
so here i sit frustrated as hell listening to the friggin harleys and muscle trucks burn through their gears outside my damn apartment in Aviara.
all i want is a nice quiet house on some land away from the masses.
