The new LS7 is pretty close of coming back to the craziness of the big block. I heard w/ TT, those things can easily hit 700WHP. I love the sound of the big block V8 too, but I’m partial to forced induction. A lot of the closed deck iron block I6 from Japan (GT-R and Supra) are hitting 1000WHP. Those things don’t have very good 0-60 due to turbo lag, but they’re total highway monsters.[/quote]

AN: 1,000HP? Seriously? Dude. That’s insane. Be fun to cut one of those things loose on The Grapevine, though.

When I was stationed in Germany, I used to run the autobahn on a Ninja 1000 and would routinely have twin turbo Porsches running right alongside. Fun stuff.
