AN: Baddest ass car I saw was a ’66 Corvette running a heavily modified L71 427TP that turned out 625+ HP. This thing was stupid fast and could turn a five second 0 – 60 time. Dude used to run it out on Foothill Expressway behind Stanford University and a buddy of mine (supposedly) saw him humiliating a Ferrari BB512 on the straightaway.

As much as I love the German and Italian stuff, there is something primal about good old 1960s big block American muscle.
