I did not say SEH bottomed out. I said good sized condos (approx 1400+ sq ft) in SEH now selling in the mid to upper 200’s are close to a bottom.
example: there is a 3BR/3.5BA 1603 sq ft short sale pending with an asking price of 269K. How much lower does that go?
