I have cut down to checking it 10 to 20 times daily. I have to say that once in a while something decent shows up but mostly its crap thats even more overpriced than the rest of the listings(realtor or zip). Often people list as motivated, or deperate, but the prices don’t seem to reflect it. Whether thats because its a ploy or because they owe more than they can get is impossible to tell.
I can say that when I have seen something posted at a reasonable price (for today) it doesn’t seem to last that long. So I assume it sells. Again, its impossible to tell whether its that, or the person just gives up on posting it.
