The complex is a pretty desirable one and a couple of real estate agents I talked like it very much. I’ve seen the largest floorplan there and I liked it a lot – 3 car garage, 1 full bath and bedroom downstairs. Small yards. True, it’s not quite as walkable as other places in CMR, but it’s newer and a very short drive to CMR shopping area ( Rallphs, TJ, Costco, restaurants,etc.). The elementary school Shoal Creek is very close too. It’s pretty quiet too. I’d prefer single story houses, but that may be just me; I don’t think it makes much of a difference in resale value.
All in all pretty nice. However, still overpriced IMO. CMR is bound to lose a lot more equity in a year or two.
