I am so weird! When I bought my house, I was 24 years old and requested a 15 year fixed loan. In addition to that, I made advance payments in the first year that took the mortgage from 15 to 11 years, it would have been paid off at the end of 2005 if I hadn’t sold it at the beginning of 2005. I hate debt of any kind.
