Bottom line: If the viability of your business is reliant upon its stock price, then you don’t have a viable business. Thus, if the viability of your business is reliant on the actions of short sellers, then you don’t have a viable business.
I’m against naked short-selling as well. But, please. Short selling ain’t the problem. Crappy assets and 35-1 leverage are.
