I guess my thoughts go far beyond home prices. The entire economy is off balance. There are plenty of people with money out there. Far more than not I beleive. The psychology is such that they are not spending. This would stimulate every sector of the economy.

I’m not always the smartest guy in the world but I’ve always seemed to have a good common sense approach to rational problem solving. Putting discretionary income income the hands of the financial disciplined masses would do alot to help fix our imbalance over time.
