Its a wonderful wine but I liked it better in the late 90’s when it was a $20 bottle of wine. We had some great artisan cheeses with it, I think. It was after drinking all day and I wish we hadnt opened it as I dont remember drinking it. I let a friend into my closet and said pick whatever you want.

Que Sera Sera

I did have a glass left over that I drank last night with a grilled rib eye with dijon mustard and fresh rosemary. They danced together very nicely.
