Wow, this crash was fast to this point and it is still blazing. Declines are getting into territory that even early piggs were treated as nut cases for predicting… on this blog. I predicted 40-50% with a wait and see attitude in response to those more bullish. I did predict that either way it won’t be the end of the world and that there was no need to be “chicken littles”. The debate about the end of the world seems to be raging here as much as the housing one!

What did you predict? I know at the inception of this blog Waiting Hawk, Perry Chase, Lindismith and the original Poway Seller were confident the market could come down more than it already has. Bugs was pretty bearish as well as others.

What did you predict? Anymore “Big Chunks”?My guess is that we ease into the plain vanilla median and the top half of the distribution compresses down. We are in strange times for sure though. Wow.
