Having the BMIT site public while ocrenter was trying to buy and private once he bought sure made me consider the theory that he may have been trying to depress prices when it benefited him and trying NOT to depress prices once he had property value to protect….

I even pondered whether the person who threatened to sue him was a concoction to cover this behavior up.

If he indeed does make it a public site again, it would certainly squash that theory.
