I’m gonna need this after this week. I am dealing with a mentally ill realtor right now on one of my listings. We just opened escrow. Her clients called me and they are afraid of her. They want to fire her and dont know how. They love the house and dont want to lose it. Legally I’ve got to pay her and will probably tell her to go away and pick up her check after it’s all over. It would be better to do twice the work for half the money than deal with her. You guys have no idea of the shit we go through. ARGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
