The two things that would cross it off my list are a rather shallow back yard (it would need to be at least deep enough for a pool to fit comfortably) and only a 2 car garage.
It wouldn’t affect my decision, but someone is absolutely nutso over circular wall decorations. And why are the lights missing from the master bath fixture?
