I can’t speak to the specific neighborhood… but as a former neighbor of Intuit, I wouldn’t worry. (They were in University City prior to building their new campus.)

I’m pretty sure that campus is the home of the TurboTax group… so a bunch of accountants and software programmers. Not a bad bunch of daytime neighbors.
