Partypup: I have a pair of Glocks, one a full-size .45ACP and a mini in .40S&W. I love the .45, especially the 13rd magazine, but I do have one complaint and it does relate to weight.
As you empty the magazine when firing, the weight begins to “nose” forward towards the barrel, throwing the weight off.
I owned a Sig 226 in 9mm and loved it. Not a huge fan of the 9mm, but I now own a Springfield P9 (their CZ75 copy). Great gun and it came compensated out of the box. I highly recommend this gun. The best 9mm I ever owned was a Steyr GB. That gun had a 19rd mag. Not a typo. Real horse pistol and a great shooter.
