For small SFH, antares is in a good location, but not the best quality homes.
Townhomes have taken a huge plunge. It hasn’t just started, it’s been happening for some time.
Peak prices for a townhomes 3/3 1533-1584sqft were $630k+. Recent prices have been as low as $480k in the same complex.
The majority of the larger size townhomes are 3/3 1533-1584sqft. I can’t personally predict how much further home prices fall, but I an personally waiting for something back to around the low 4’s, which at one point I thought was impossible, but seems to be more and more possible these days.
One thing you are probably are aware of that there is a large glut of townhomes in CV, mainly due to (1) new construction (2) condo conversions
