Vanita, have you considered renting it out? I mean, I admit I peaked at the sdlookup’s purchase history, and at your initial purchase price, it seemed like you might be able to rent it out. I don’t think you have an HOA either that would be sucking up 200-300/month in fees.

3/3 bedroom 1500sqft in CV probably around 2200-2300, maybe for a condo…Don’t know off the top of my head right now.
