Your original post asked if it was something to get excited about.

I’d say it is, absolutely.

If the prices in the neighborhoods I wanted to live in rolled back to 2001 prices + pocket change I would be excited.

Similar to the 7th inning stretch of a boring baseball game – at least there is hope that it’s almost over!
