Yeah AN and Nostra as you know my old landlord tried to pawn the Cheryl Ridge home off for I think… maybe somewhere in the mid 600s… you gotta be kidding me… it was bigger then Norcanyon but even then back in spring of 07 he was on crack… I like to gamble and I would agree with AN that it will most likely top 450k…Now as for 350k somewhere in the future? wowsers… maybe but that would be an armegeddon… as for 250k? ron paul has a better chance of being elected president.
