that would be ‘sentinels’ and that project has
been on-again, off-again since before we moved
to del sur. i think the fact that the golf course
project was canceled really hurt those homes, plus
they are over-priced by about 150-200K

Thats big news, as it was supposed to occupy a lot of the land in between 4s/del sur/ santaluz and it was supposed to be a public course with hotel if I recall.
