Depends. looking at a comp that closed recently in my complex, it looks like price is around late2003/early2004. It’s still all over the map, it seems like depending on location.

One thing I’m seeing is the $1+million listings are coming down in a non-neglible way.

13789 Rosecroft is going to be interesting to sell. A 2900 sqft house that has only 3 bedrooms seems to me a bit impractical. Not to mention it’s an “as-is” $900k home.
