The size of California gov’t has doubled in the last 10 years – the population has not doubled.

Taxes do not have to rise, and if they are lowered employment might even go up.

Cut gov’t by at least 30%. Also, bring the benefits in line with the people who have to pay for it – primarily workers in the private sector.
