HLS would be able to give you an estimate. Hmmm…I think they would be more into the 10K range. I kind of remembered the numbers because it’s close enough to what we are looking to buy at some point – albeit not 20% downpayment. Here you can see the breakdown and various fees and insurances and advances you have to pay – but keep in mind this is not your exact situation – you don’t buy Discount points.
