She has a physiological temperature control issue. It could be 68 in the room and she would be sweating and I’d be perfect. I’d prefer NEVER to use heat or air, but no such luck in this lifetime.

Yes, no fireplace in entire home (I didn’t build it, I just live there). Kinda odd, no? At least is is safer with young kid and dogs.

obviously the heater is what kills my electric bill.

SIDE NOTE…

I did go to Costco on Tuesday and bought two packs of their NEW DIMMABLE CFL flood lights (R30). I changed out my lights and put them in (just bedroom), hit the electronic dimmer and… they don’t work! Dimmed they just flicker and buzz loudly. Perhaps on a non-electronic dimmer it will work, but I’m going to have to stick with lower wattage standard bulbs. DIMMABLE CFL is a hoax (and they were still $6.50 each!).
