One last thing on SEH pricing. The 1400 sq ft townhomes in SEH are now selling around 300K (down from nearly 500K at peak). Investors are picking them up as they are cash flowing. Could something happen that will cause a cataclysmic shift in pricing…time for that crystal ball. Barring that, 2800 sq ft ocean view homes with lots of space around them for $300K would seem unlikely.
