You’re right, Asians are still 8% less than whites in Mira Mesa as a whole. I only said that because on the top of my head, I know that Asians are the majority in the schools in Mira Mesa. I guess that didn’t extrapolate to Mira Mesa as a whole.
flu, renovation are going good, but very tiring. I’m so ready to move in. I end up only going w/ bonded carpet for the carpet and bamboo materials. I found a contractor to do the installation for much cheaper. If I have to do it again, I’ll go to floorsonly.com for materials and find an installer. It’s much cheaper that way. I found a great contractor w/ great price (on craigslist no less). So, let me know if you want referral.[/quote]
Cool. I’m done with remodeling until my kid grows up in 10-15 years. I noted that having nice wood flooring is a moot point when you have a toddler that loves picking up toys with sharp corners and throwing them on the ground or one that doesn’t use the washable markers you buy for them and instead use dry erase markers on anything “white”.
Dry erase markers work wonders on whiteboards, but are so poreous, they don’t come off of flat paint.
