SDR: Up here in Fallbrook, people are split into two camps: The first camp is still in a deep state of denial and thinks that the RE market will magically reverse itself and climb back to it’s previous heights, and the other camp has to come to grips with the new reality.
Both camps are reflected in pricing throughout the community.
Interestingly, a lot of folks in the first camp are in RE, and I think most of them are telling themselves and others that things will improve markedly in the forlorn hope that they actually will.
