Funny thing about the get-rich-quick-train…Where are they all?

What percentage of potential home owner bubble beneficiaries actually captured some of that bubble wealth? Not meaning to make fun of anyone but the numbers are pretty dismal, I think?

I just look around and see that more people took the path of destroying the opportunity than not.They may live in bigger fancy houses but many are upside down now. Then there are the multitudes simply riding the curve back down. About 2004, I was seeing people taking the money and fleeing California, Maybe those people make the majority of the bubble “success”s stories? The boom towns might be wherever they went. I do recall some inner city retirees selling their shacks here and moving to the Temecula area. Good idea.I always thought retirees would significantly help set the floor in Temecula.Not sure about the extent to which it actually is happening or will happen?
