Or the way they title a story Blank to Blank, XYZ. IE, Obama to congress: ‘fix economy now.’ or Paulson to economy: ‘help is on the way’.
Good god, why cant they just write: “Obama challenges congress to pass economic bill” or “Paulson pushes economic bailout”?
