I think cash only b/c a bank won’t lend on it. No kitchen or bath. Haven’t seen it, but am familiar w/the neighborhood. Still, if you got cash, I thik it’s a good deal. Certainly wouldn’t cost 300k to fix it up and most SFH in the area are still 1 million or more. Might be able to get a construction loan. Not sure.
