Hey I lived in Valencia (owned a house), Bought a Mc-Manson
in Temecula in 2002 (thought Valencia was way overpriced in 2002), somehow managed to hold onto the Valencia house until December 2004, sold it (paid for my Mc-Manson and then some) and have been waiting for SD to crash (or Ventura maybe) to buy something there, will not sell the Temecula house (got in cheap I think) So you can be a North LA, SD guy.
I still work in North L.A. (work at home some, stay at a friends during the week)
