It’s very habitable. It’s a 2BR/1BA house that rents for about 1200 to 1400 per month with two non-conforming (i.e. unpermitted) bedrooms and a bath added that previously rented for $450 and $250 per month. Thats about $2,000. It is also on a large lot (about 15,000 sq ft) in quiet tucked away location that may be splitable sometime in the future. I’ve gotten 20 calls a day on this one since putting it back on 5 days ago mostly from FHA or VA buyers which i am trying to stay away from. I’d really like to find a buyer that wants to be a slumlord.
