It looks to me that some percentage of people on both sides of the fence,or who just jumped off, are getting a case of the jitters.This is completely understandable… where it is the case. I am glad the question of acquiring an owner occupied house, with or without the help of a sleazy realtor,is not in my present or foreseeable future… given the apparent pros and cons of the current situation.
