I’m still looking to buy, just means the way things are going, I may have to delay the purchase. I was hoping year-end but here we are in December and though I’ve really tried, made offers and almost into escrow on one, it didn’t work out.

The search continues, but the way I’m feeling right now, I’d rather pay the PMI, unless, like I say, a screaming deal. Even then, I’d be hesitant. By the mere fact of buying a house cheap, brings down the comps, you are helping to reduce the value of your place by the very purchase.

Anyway, that’s my feeling on it. Putting the least I can down, regardless of how much money I have to put down.
