ive spent a lot o my life deriding the “monthly payment” mindset, car salesman-like mentality about focussing on the monthly cost. but y’know, maybe ive been wrong all these years. maybe it really all is about the monthly payment. maybe life is an installment plan. 4.5% might just get me into a house at todays prices. weird.
