While reading the posts about areas and price points, remembered a line form the movie “Jaws” when realizing the challenge of the huge shark, somebody said: “We need a bigger boat”.
Starting to get the impression that if I’m to find an area and house that meets my requirements in North Coastal, I’ll need a bigger hoard of cash.
