Side note…Doesn’t one’s able to get a loan assumes one fundamental thing….You and/or your family have employment…. I don’t hope for high unemployment or the likes. But it seems like employment (which wasn’t perceived to be an issue earlier) IS becoming an issue. And last time I checked bailouts and new mortgages doesn’t address the unemployment issues.
