Meadandale: I wouldn’t expect much in terms of a substantive reply. Breeze shares Marion’s disdain for “trivial details” (the facts).
Everything is simply Dems versus Repubs (with the Dems always being right, and supported by their admirable record supporting same) and the facts are conveniently thrown out the window if they don’t fit the response.
I tried to engage Breeze regarding Jon Weil’s excellent Bloomberg article about Obama’s appointments reflecting “business as usual” and his response was that he didn’t read the article (the link to which was attached). I suggested he read the article and then respond. Radio silence followed.
Polemics aren’t going to solve the problem, but that’s all some folks have to hang their hats on.
