I appreciate your efforts in educating all of us. I for one have learned a great deal from you. However, I don’t agree with 100% of everything you say. And I have yet to meet anyone who agrees with 100% of my thoughts. That’s human nature.

If you find yourself losing your patience with someone or some topic maybe it’s just best to refrain from replying to that topic and saving your emotion for your thoughtful and insightful posts.

And please respect the seasoned investors and long-time readers, they may have differing thoughts than you but we are all here for the same reason and I’m sure we all have the same “general” feelings about San Diego real estate.
