TG- There was a recent topic started that discussed agents showing preference for a variety of reasons. And in this market, I believe it. I was an agent for about 10 years and I saw lots of sleazy behavior. No shortage in this business.
My guess is that REO’s are probably the sellers most of the time and they have a cadre of brokers they use to get the job done. Does this sound about right to you?
