Yea What TG says seems to be what we are seeing as well, the good ones (good deals, on nice properties) go fast. I am talking hours here not days, and there are many bids, if they are slow to summit the offers to the banks they can get bid up fairly high within a day or two.
Found out what they are building off the 15 between Cal, oaks and hot springs road,
It’s a High school, looks like it will be a nice one similar to the new one at the end of Clinton Keith RD .
Just my opinion but T.V. is still evolving into a very nice community despite the downturn.
And I just have not seen the slow down in the stores in the area (or even SD) everyone else seems to be seeing, I must live in a different T.V. (or SD) I guess.
Sometimes I think we a talking ourselves into a much worse downturn than this needs to be.
